Please note, our guide prices are based on the best value for money package and only provide typical examples and estimated costs involved. Additional materials may be required at extra cost dependent on particular requirements.

Our Rates

We charge a minimum one hour (£84 inc. VAT) on all jobs. Our hourly rates exclude additional parts and materials, which are subject to VAT.

Upfront Quotes

We provide no obligation quotes upfront with no nonsense charges and no hidden fees. By providing upfront quotes before undertaking any work, we ensure that our customers fully understand the costs involved.

Materials Supplied

We use our buying power and trade relationships to get the best price for any parts and materials required to complete a job. All parts and materials supplied by M&N Heating & Plumbing are subject to VAT.

Fully Insured

M&N Heating & Plumbing, and all its staff, are covered by public liability insurance to the value of £5 million.

Payment Methods

Full payment is due upon completion of any work. If you're a domestic customer, we anticipate payment in full as soon as the work is completed. For business customers, payment in full in cleared funds is due in any event 30 days from the invoiced date.

Please note, all parts and materials supplied remain the property of M&N Heating & Plumbing until the invoice has been paid in full.

M&N Heating & Plumbing accept the following payments: Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Credit Cards (1.6% surcharge), Cheques, BACS. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. All prices are subject to VAT.
