Your feedback helps us understand what we're getting right, and where we can improve. In order to measure customer experience, we encourage all our customers to share their experience of M&N Heating & Plumbing.
To gain a further understanding of how we're doing, we send out a customer satisfaction survey every time a job is completed. As a thank you for providing feedback (good or bad) we enter those customers into a quarterly prize draw for high street shopping vouchers.
