Customer feedback is crucial. Positive or negative, the feedback from our customers lets us know if we are keeping our customers happy, if we're doing a good job with your heating & plumbing requirements, & most of all where we can improve to provide you with the best service.

Following the completion of any job, all of our customers are sent a satisfaction survey. We keenly monitor these responses & according to our customers, our service is better than ever.

96% of our customer's surveyed about our service & their experience with M&N scored us as either Good or Excellent.
In 2019 with an average score of 4.7/5 we saw year-on-year customer satisfaction improvements in Overall Satisfaction, the likelihood of recommending M&N, Quality of Workmanship, Professionalism, Courtesy, Knowledge, Reliability, Understanding of our Customer Needs & Response Speed.

With over 30 years' of happy customers, our reputation has been built upon the foundation of professionalism, affordability & excellent customer service. But we are always looking to get better to provide the best heating & plumbing service in Oxfordshire. We don't always get everything right but your feedback lets us know any areas you feel could be improved.
