M&N Heating & Plumbing is currently looking for an intelligent, reliable Customer Care Administrator to join our team. Applicants must have some administration and customer service experience, in addition to a desire to build a career in an office environment.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English skills and a comfort with numbers
• The ability to prioritise your workload along with top organisational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• IT literacy

Duties

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your duties will include:

• Answering the phone and resolving customer queries and problems
• Inputting invoices and updating our customer management software (training provided)
• General administration including filling, emailing and photocopying

Hours are 0830 - 1700, Monday to Friday.
