Bonus Terms
Introduction
The £1000 Bonus aims to encourage existing employees to refer applicants for current M&N Heating & Plumbing vacancies. If an existing employee successfully refers an applicant, that employee will receive the monetary reward upon the applicant's successful completion of their initial 3-month probationary period.
Eligibility
1. The £1000 Bonus is only available to existing M&N Heating & Plumbing employees.
2. The applicant must clearly state the existing referring employees full name on the vacancy application.
3. The applicant must successfully complete their initial 3-month probationary period before the £1000 Bonus is issued.
4. The £1000 Bonus will be issued as an additional payment on the existing employee's payslip following the applicant's successful completion of their initial 3-month probationary period.
5. The £1000 Bonus is a net payment, and will be subject to income tax and national insurance deductions.
6. M&N Heating & Plumbing will only consider applicants who meet the required criteria, and will only extend employment offers to those applicants who, in our opinion, are the most qualified, regardless of how the applicant came to our attention.
7. There is no limit to the frequency of referrals existing employees can make, and the existing employee will be rewarded the £1000 Bonus for each successful applicant they refer.
8. Should the same candidate be referred by multiple employees, only the first referral will receive the £1000 Bonus.
Exclusions
1. You cannot refer an existing employee of M&N Heating & Plumbing.
2. You cannot refer yourself for the £1000 Bonus. If you wish to apply for a vacancy, please follow the standard internal application process.
3. You cannot refer an applicant if you have direct involvement in the recruitment process.
