Office junior / Trainee Office Administrator

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
We're searching for a very reliable, bright, highly organised individual with a desire to train as an office administrator in a successful, friendly local company, who is IT literate and has lots of initiative to provide administrative support to the Office Manager.
- Salary starting at £14,000
- Full time position 37.5 hour week with 1 hour for lunch
- 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays and Christmas shutdown
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Good numeracy and literacy demonstrated by a minimum GSCE A* to C grade or equivalent in Math & English. No experience as an Office Administrator required as all training will be provided. You must be capable of using a PC and Windows, Web Browsers, with basic level of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
You'll also need a full driving license and your own transport to get to and from the office as its not serviced by public transport.

So, what will I actually be doing?
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your primary job role and responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate completion administrative related activities, providing support to the Office Manager. You'll be trained on every aspect of our Purchasing Department to ensure you can become a valued member of our team.
- Purchase invoices processing
- Fielding telephone calls
- Creation of new customer accounts on Sage & Excel
- Stationery requisition
- Reviewing Staff timesheets & Sales invoices
- Any other task requested by your manager.
